data-end=\"371\">European project that addresses the growing impact of the digital world on young people\u2019s well-being and relationships.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"654\">In a context where online interactions strongly influence self-image, emotions and behaviour, HARMONY promotes healthy attitudes, balanced relationships and mindful online navigation. The project focuses on mental health, healthy sexuality, diversity and critical digital literacy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"953\">Through an innovative digital platform, HARMONY offers engaging educational resources and interactive experiences that empower young people and youth workers to recognise harmful online behaviours, strengthen emotional resilience and build respectful, safe relationships \u2014 both online and offline.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1113\">Developed within the <strong data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1017\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Erasmus+<\/span><\/span><\/strong> framework, HARMONY supports a more conscious, inclusive and positive digital culture for
